I never come here anymore. Mostly because whenever I think about DA I am at school..and well...the BYU firewall doesn't allow me to get on DA. Probably because there are many naked peoples on here. Photography is going...nowhere. I took some pictures over the summer but now I'm in school and I have to suffer through drawing and 2D design first. 2D design is a nightmare. Mostly because its my color class all over again. (the color class that I failed). Oy. I'm doing ok though. Plus my teacher is Scottish so its fun to listen to her if nothing else. I guess I'll upload some pictures from Seattle...

So I have issues. I could probably go back in my journal archives to like 2006 and see the entry where I decided to major in photography. Well now, after trying out missionarying (which isn't a major...but it was a major part of my life and and a major chunk of the last 5 years), nursing, exercise science, and accounting, I'm a photography major again. Well technically I guess I'm a Visual Arts-photography emphasis major...but who cares. I can take photography classes now. Kinda. First I have to take drawing, 2d design, and the THIRD of three freshman seminars that I will have taken at BYU (you have to take one for every program pretty much)

I'm not really SURE why I'm back...because it seems to me like deviantart is the same as always. I bunch of people favoriting stuff without saying anything. Not that I'm not flattered, but its nice to know WHY someone likes something...and its always nice to get pointers and tips on how to improve. But whatever. My husband is pretty much the greatest. I haven't touched my camera in years and then the other day he discovered my archives of old photos. (that and he saw the engagement pictures I took for my friends) anyhow, he told me he thought I was really good and then well, long story short, here I am again. But my creativity is so out of p
